how we scope a brand

the first ninety minutes

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic. Not a questionnaire — a conversation, structured but unhurried, that surfaces the three things a brand almost never says out loud: who it is not for, what it would refuse to do for money, and the sentence it wants a stranger to repeat.

From that we draft a north star — one page, no jargon. It becomes the tiebreaker for every decision that follows: typography, tone, the copy on the 404 page.

The studio's job is not to invent your brand. It is to catch it in a good light and refuse to look away.
